We have three ways to make your life easier...
1: Hourly Service
This package will include assistance choosing vendors and if needed, advice along the way. You may include this service with the “Day of Event Service”.
2: Day of Event Service
Relax and enjoy your event! We will take the lead on the day of the event and if necessary, the rehearsal. We will work with all vendors to assure they fulfill your wishes. Day of the event and rehearsal timelines will be provided.
3: Full Service Event Planning
In addition to the services described above, we will coordinate all other aspects of your event including date selection, budgeting, site inspection, vendor research, invitations, venue diagrams, seating concerns, rehearsal arrangements, transportation and lodging reservations.
