Lake Event Design is a full-service event planning company in the Northern California Wine County, beautiful Lake County, California.
We strive to make every facet of your event an enjoyable experience with our team of highly qualified professionals coordinating all or part of your event. Our goal is for you to enjoy the planning process while leaving your event in the hands of highly qualified industry leaders.
We pride ourselves on providing unsurpassed quality and service. Our professional level staff is extremely versatile in the event industry. We enjoy customizing packages that suit the client’s needs. We start at the beginning with providing wedding, party and/or catering supplies to arranging the perfect venue, desired cuisine, entertainment, decorations and floral arrangements. We then have the capacity to set-up, serve and then finally take down your event with no worries of clean-up on the client’s part.
Our 2008 Event season was very successful. We coordinated many weddings, private parties and corporate fundraisers and were also able to provide party supplies to over 200 clients. Among the major events coordinated by Lake Event Design was Sutter Lakeside Wellness Foundation's "Red Carpet Gala." For this event we turned an oversized, rustic airport hanger into a true Hollywood Nightclub complete with interviews on the Red Carpet.
Another landmark event in 2008 was the 12th annual "Taste of Lakeport." Lake Event Design was successful in working with The Lakeport Main Street Association coordinating a very successful August evening hosting 700 guests as they strolled along Main Street enjoying music, food and wine. This was an advantageous event for all involved including the many businesses that opened their doors and had those 700 guests take a peak at their products, etc.
Party supply rentals added to Lake Event Design's offerings in January of 2008. We have a long list of wedding and party equipment that is available to compliment any event. Our experienced staff can help you choose just the right table arrangement, settings, table coverings, linens, and other items.
