Whether you are planning a birthday party, bridal shower, engagement party, fundraiser, anniversary party, family reunion, corporate events or any other type of event that we haven't listed; We will make your event run smoothly. Some of the services we offer  are:

• Pre-Planning/Scheduling:​                                          In this pre-planning stage we will be recommending vendors that will best fit your budget and will create a schedule that will make the event run smoothly. We will be working closely with you to plan your design, caterers, entertainment, florist and staffing for your event. 
• ​Day of Coordinating:​                                               The Day of Coordinating is where we set up your event. We would have already secured your venue, caterer, entertainment, and florist. We will have your entire venue decorated and ready for the entertainment, caterers, and florists to get set-up the day of the event. We will have every aspect of your event handled by following the schedule we set up in the pre planning stage.

• Tear Down:                                                             After the event is over we will have the staff clear most of the venue. The next day is when we will send out a team to tear down tents or tables and chairs so the venue is all cleared and ready for their next event.
