Wedding Planning 
In addition to the day-of coordinating described above, Lake Event Design can assist with every detail of your wedding and rehearsal with these optional additional services: 
  • Wedding/Rehearsal Coordinate &            Timeline Management:                          We will recommend vendors and work closely with you to plan out your wedding and rehearsal and make sure all of the bridal party and family needs are taken care of on your  wedding day.
  • Complete Package:                                    In addition to the Wedding/Rehearsal coordinating, we will assist with securing your venue, caterer, photographer, florist, cake and entertainment for your day. We will handle every aspect of the wedding details and bridal party needs on the day of your wedding 
Day-Of Wedding Coordinating 
We will pre-plan the day with you with up to 4 meetings, including on-site meetings at your venue.  We will oversee the set-up and take-down of your event and make sure everything in between runs smoothly.  Lake Event is the first one to arrive and the last to leave making sure every detail of your event is carried out based on your dreams and wishes. ​
